Your Mystim Vibe has 8 vibration programs, 5 E-Stim programs and a program specifically for training the pelvic floor. You have control over whether you want to stimulate yourself with a continuous buzzing sound or prefer to stimulate yourself with intense intervals. You will find a brief overview of the vibration programs under the product images. You will find an explanation of the E-Stim programs in the next tab.
However – as is so often the case in life – the saying “practice makes perfect” applies here too.

Each of the five E-Stim programs on your Hop Hop Bob is designed to give you a new tingling sensation. The conductive surfaces run along the sides and have 10 different intensity levels to make the stimulation as widespread and even as possible.
E-Stim Program 1: A constant tingling sensation. In this mode, the stimulation current function starts when switched on.
E-Stim Program 2: The tingling changes in waves between gentle and more intense.
E-Stim Program 3: A constant pulsation.
E-Stim Program 4: The pulsation changes in waves
between gentle and intense.
E-Stim Program 5: The stimulation alternates in waves between tingling and pulsing.

And because 8 vibration programs and 5 different stimulation current variants were not enough for us, our Hop Hop Bob also has a training program on board.
The muscles of the pelvic floor have a number of important functions: They keep the organs where they should be, stabilize the abdomen and back, prevent unpleasant things (such as bladder weakness or prolapse of the uterus) and contribute to better posture.
And then there are the other benefits of a well-trained pelvic floor: The better blood circulation in the tissue and of course the ability to “tighten” the vagina by tensing the well-trained pelvic floor makes you more sensitive to intimate touch and has been proven to increase the ability to orgasm in women.
