Mystim warranty conditions

Mystim grants a 12-month guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The period for calculating the warranty period begins on the invoice date. Mystim's guarantee applies worldwide. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, Mystim as the guarantor will provide one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of the guarantee:

free repair of the goods or
free replacement of the product or parts of the product with an equivalent item (including a successor model if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods due to

misuse or improper handling
environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
Non-observance of any safety precautions
Non-compliance with the operating instructions
Use of force (e.g. impact, shock, fall)
unauthorized repair attempts
normal wear and tear
In order to make a claim under the warranty, Mystim must be given the opportunity to examine the warranty claim by sending in the goods. Care must be taken to ensure that damage during transportation is avoided by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. We ask for your understanding that Mystim may refuse to provide warranty service if this copy of the invoice is not enclosed. Sending a copy of the invoice serves to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller if this is not clear from the enclosed copy of the invoice.

Please enclose a description of the fault or defect with the returned goods.

If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty processing will be free of charge for you.

Note:
Your statutory rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us are in no way restricted by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore contact us under the statutory warranty in any case, irrespective of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
